- BIA The Toronto Financial District BIA represents 15 blocks including Union Station, Canada’s five major banks and most prominent firms, and a majority of the PATH underground walkway. The BIA collaborates with city agencies and area stakeholders to ensure the Financial District and the PATH are well-maintained, integrated, connected and accessible. Due to our key location within the financial district, Commerce Court is proudly affiliated with this organization
- Eservus This online concierge service provides our tenants with discounts to some of Toronto’s most popular attractions, theatre and sporting events.
- TorontoPath.com features unique offerings from the merchants on the 11 km underground Path network and Toronto's downtown core. Commerce Court retailers are frequently featured on this website.
- Tourism Toronto is the official destination marketing organization for Toronto’s tourism industry. Tourism Toronto (a.k.a. Toronto Convention and Visitors Association) focuses on promoting and selling the greater Toronto region as a remarkable destination for tourists, convention delegates and business travellers. Commerce Court’s membership with Tourism Toronto provides us with notification of upcoming conferences and conventions that we may consider in our future marketing plans. As well tenants have the opportunity to become associate members and likewise take advantage of potential advertising and promotion.

From 2012 to 2014, Commerce Court was a proud sponsor of Canadian tennis superstar Milos Raonic.
Milos Raonic is the highest ranked Canadian tennis player and is currently ranked No. 8 (as of October 9, 2014) in the ATP World Tour rankings. Milos shot through the ATP Tour Rankings at age 20 to reach the 4th round at the Australian Open in 2011 and preceded with his first title in San Jose that same year.
In his short time on tour, Milos has won three titles and counting. He is widely regarded as the next great up and coming player on the ATP World Tour and to have one of the best serves on the ATP World tour by both fans and players alike.
The partnership reinforced QuadReal Connect, Commerce Court's service program, which focuses on redefining customer service for the benefit of tenants, including environmental and sustainable stewardship, the priority of safety and security, open communications and operational excellence.
"Being from Toronto, there are few better landmarks to be connected with than Commerce Court," says Raonic. "It's recognized by Torontonians as the centre court of the city's financial district and it's constantly evolving to bring new experiences to the downtown community."
Since 2012, Commerce Court has hosted Milos Raonic at several events including during the 2012 London Olympics Send Off and for the press conference prior to another event Commerce Court sponsored, Face Off 2012 at the Air Canada Centre.
The friendly Face Off 2012 match featured Canada’s No. 1 singles player Milos Raonic, former world No. 1 Andy Roddick, who recently retired from tournament play at the US Open, 15-time Grand Slam champion and recent US Open titlist Serena Williams and current world No. 4 and 2012 Wimbledon finalist Agnieszka Radwanksa.
