Community

Community at Commerce Court refers to our tenants, vendors, staff and contractors that make up the thousands of individuals who work at the Complex or help maintain it on a regular basis.

We continue to cultivate Commerce Court as more than just a great place to work. This is done by hosting events that feature local artists and create moments of fun, relaxation, and engagement on environmental and social topics.

Wellness

As part of our commitment to the Commerce Court community, the Complex’s sustainability program includes health and wellbeing as related to indoor environmental quality.

Specifically, our approach to wellness includes: air quality monitoring, management of thermal comfort, exterior noise and the beautification of the Complex inside and out.

Community Giving

At Commerce Court we understand our Complex exists within the larger community that includes the Financial District, the City of Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. As part of being a socially responsible property management, we host and participate in events that celebrate Toronto’s rich and robust arts, music and culture; as well as support charitable organizations that lend a hand to those in need. Commerce Court acts as a catalyst to raise awareness about community needs, while celebrating the many things that make Toronto a great city and the Complex more than just a great place to work.
